How long does the online top up take?
All top up transactions are credited in real-time. Depending on the merchant, it may take up to 24 hours for your top up to be processed. If your transaction doesn’t push through within 24 hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
How safe is it to top up online with EON?
EON employs bank-grade security features to ensure a safe and secure way to top up your utilities. We use two-factor authentication (device registration and OTP) and comply with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations.
